Our commitment
We collect personal data only when you fill in the contact form or the complaints form. We use it to handle your request, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and the company's data processing policy.

- Handle quote requests, manage complaints and requests, and reply through the enabled contact channels.
- Data processed
- Name, contact details (email and phone), organization and the information you include in your message or description.
- Data subject rights
- Know, update, rectify and delete your data, and revoke authorization, by submitting a request through the contact channels.
- Channels to exercise your rights
- The support email and phone are pending confirmation. In the meantime, you can use the contact form.
- Validity
- The validity of the policy and the databases is pending confirmation.
